Cypriot Bread-making at Sofia and Andros's

Awarded the Cypriot Cuisine Award in 2019, Sofia & Andros's traditional Cypriot tavern is a must see when you're in Pafos, Cyprus. On a daily basis, Sophia makes her own halloumi, white cheese, anari, yoghurt, and fermented sour dough bread (more in our next video).
