There's what I have to say about this.... NEVER underestimate the potential of what technology will become... Think about it. Many people thought 1080p TV will be the best we'll achieve... Now 4K is just right around the corner... During the first rocket launch, NASA had the BEST and most powerful computer hardware ever thought of. Now... Our phones have more power than NASA did at that time. Technology will never reach a limit... Until the day it kills us all.

I agree that cameras on phones are currently one of the most important feature, I've been shopping around for a point and shoot but can't settle on which one to get because the camera in my phone is already so good.

Special glasses similar to Google Glass, except they react to the environment around you. For example, when you walk around the city, the glasses would detect certain objects and a speech bubble would pop up next to it, saying something of significance (The speech bubble would be transparent though, so you could still see where you're going).

Companies and businesses could use this for their benefit, as they could provide the consumer with information about their product, special deals and more. As for how the glasses would detect what object is what, maybe they could have a special sign on scannable objects, similar to a QR code that would allow the glasses to scan it more easily. It'd have to scan it quickly though automatically, so the speech bubble pops up as you walk past.

Or you could have the option to make speech bubbles appear automatically or manually (So you actually have to, say, point to the object of interest to see information about it)

Everything will carry on getting better if they have the right person working on the products

What really can be improved on is audio, I mean, imagine hearing your favorite band perform their greatest hits, as if they were sitting around you playing it, just for you. And imagine that in a case suitable for all people, no matter how big or small their heads and ears are. Imagine sitting next to Michael Jackson on the bus while he sings to you, or walking home from work with eminem, thats what we need, not just video for the moment, but the perfect sound for it too

With the advances in graphene and silicene it be amazing to see something in the near future make a substantial impact on electronics. Supercharging (quick charging) your phone in a matter of seconds, to creating smaller/thinner electronics or creating a sturdier version of gorilla glass. I mean these two things have so much potential its crazy. #BeMoved

I think there will be inventions of holographic phablets/rooms, where things can be displayed in a 3D form. However, it would take a couple of years to simplify the usage of these applications to the common people.

With the advent of wearable smartphone or smartwatch, The natural progression would be to have cameras on them which would allow video communication. This could include a "micro-projector" which could be used to project video communication or indeed movie files, Netflicks etc from your wrist onto surfaces like walls or the seat in front of you on the train. #BeMoved

The bendable phone concept has amazing potential for gaming and other phone uses. Imagine the phone bending along the four corners. It concave near the middle and extends in all corners. You could bend specific corners while holding the phone. Ex. While playing a third person shooter you could lean against corners by bending the top left and right corners of the phone. If you're taking photos you could bend the phone completely towards yourself inwards to zoom backwards and bend it away from yourself to zoom forwards. The uses are endless! #BeMoved

Phone frames replaced with carbon fibre for the back and sapphire crystal glass for the front, making phones more durable, thiner and lighter, while also giving phones an improved aspect of quality :) #BeMoved

The revolution of new smartphones is a type of smartphone with disposible parts.
IE replacing old parts with new ones instead of contiuosly remaking phones that are slightly better than the last one.

smart phones can get better. The problem is playing it safe with mediocre improvements... we just need someone to disrupt the market like apple did back when and then android came along and improved A LOT. It seems like it's at a stand still for the past 2 or 3 years now.

What i really want to see is some more innovation with battery life to be honest though. I'm kind of sick of the whole display war.
