Do you remove the plastic/cover once growth starts and roots are developee?

Thank you! Do you need grow lights to keep these coleus growing/happy all winter, or is ambient light during the winter enough for them? Also, how often do you water throughout the winter?

My BIGGEST question is this.. my cuttings grow during the winter, indoors & I have to keep potting them up… I have a very small space. Do you have to keep potting up too?? If not, what do you do?
