So if a drunk driver kills someone in an accident, is it technically not a crime? Because they didn't intend to hurt anyone, they were just "extremely careless."

even if she didn't intend to break the law (which by the way i thought was pretty clear that she did), how the hell does that justify NOT charging someone for a crime?

Ignorance of the law is not an excuse, and a former lawyer should know that. How does someone with access to classified information, not know how said information is marked as classified?

A person that is that careless with classified information should not be president. Trump may be wrong on many things, but he is right that she is not fit for the presidency.

That report was an insult to our intelligence. I know the FBI feels fucked. I hate it, but I have to agree with the FBI: no one can prosecute this case. The evidence is not there that can prove beyond a reasonable doubt. Also, it complicit too many elected officials (including the President of the US, Obama) in her crime which would be a embarrassment and a national security disaster. Any, much respect to (R) Rep. Trey Gowdy.
