Jaguar E-type series 3 V12 straight piped ! 5 speed tremec conversion .

Friends resto mod straight piped v12 series 3 , 2 plus 2 E-type RHD.. fully built engine .. I drove this car and it really does sound like a lambo on the road under load !!! Manual tremec 5 speed makes it !!!

Also has series 1 dash toggle switch and covered headlamp conversion.

I like the engine and gearbox and dash .. not a fan of the front conversion or the 2 plus 2 body .. convertible for me with a hard top 👌🏼

Some nice backdating touches make the car look special, although I prefer the look of the standard rear silencer. Lovely car, Im envious.

How did you fit the tremec transmission to the v12 ? did you use an aftermarket adapter-plate ? if yes, which ? beautiful e-type by the way, not a 100% original but it suits my taste..! nicely done !

The elliptical original exhaust made a better whooshing noise, the bonnet doesn’t look correct, the V12 didn’t have glassed in head lights, that was an earlier model. Or is this a US car reimported and the right hand drive reinstated.
These things you notice when you’ve spent time polishing the original.

An American E-Type. They spoiled this car, took away all of its class and subtlety. That is awful. Typical no taste Americans.
