7 Keys To Maximize Your Focus | The Mindset Mentor Podcast

In this episode I'm sharing my top 7 keys for maximizing your focus. With the rise of smartphones, people's attention spans have decreased by 33% in the last 15 years. That's why I'm always on the lookout for ways to stand out and be superhuman in my focus. And in this episode, I'm sharing the tips I've discovered during my research for my upcoming book.

I'll see you on the next episode of the Mindset Mentor Podcast.

I have a similar morning routine, the key differences being I never set an alarm, I wake up when I wake up which cam be anytime from 03.00hrs to 04.30hrs, Meditate, Audio journal, I update my Apps, check the Weather and load my Podcasts, have a really hot shower while I am listening to my Podcasts, make my Coffee, adjust my EDC (Ever Day Carry), check the Permiter and bug out to the LZ (Landing Zone) check in with my 2IC and CO. Perform a pre flight check. Deploy drones and check in with the Tower.

Forgot to mention that I am an Officer in the Royal Australian Air Force

Hi Rob!
It's been a month since I first listen to your podcast about how law of attraction works and I've been watching your videos everyday since then. My daily journal says I have to learn and I always go to your channel to get some tips. Your videos and tips are so relatable and can easily be adopted. I'm trying to use LUV to better my communication with family, friends and colleagues. I'm not there yet. I still have some days that I easily get mad but I know with routines, I can be better in this area.

I also now follow your accountability partner. I have my brother as my financial accountability partner and my daughter for improving my response to emotions.

Now, I'm no longer looking at my phone for 2 hours before sleeping and 2 hours after waking up.

Thanks a lot for being a gift to me. All the things you say make sense to me.

Seems like you need to develop internal boundaries and then develop an "if this, then that" protocol structure. Eg, If the Weather may change at 06.00hrs I need to adjust the angle and elevation and allow for extra flight time of the SAM to target "

I just mute them up 80% of my notifications because most of them I don't need to see until I'm actively working the next day, and I found that it's less anxiety to not see all the emails it's not see all the Facebook alerts to see all the everything so 80% of my apps notifications are just off.

♥️ And I love it that way because if my volume is on for any reason for my kids calls I'm waiting on clients etc then I don't even get interrupted with nonsense It's only the important stuff that I get. And I love the concept of the alarm clock because if our phone is near us we're going to be tempted to get on it regardless, keeping us awake.... Wasting our time.
Our devices are amazing and they're necessary but they are run away freight trains if we give in to those temptations ✔️

Do you have any suggestions or tips/tricks for moms at home with babies or small children? Sometimes multitasking is the only option, or switching tasks quickly is inevitable…so just wondering how to maneuver these a bit more gracefully to help reserve some brain power lol
