The Book of Mormon has been highly criticized for almost 200 years. It has also been one of the most influential books in American history. Since it has received so much attention, what is the book really about? Latter-day Saints (members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, otherwise known as Mormons) believe that the book contains the words of God and prophecies about Jesus Christ.
