I don't know if Big Foot exists or not but would never want to encounter something that sounds like that.

I am from Northern California and i have heard Whoop Calls numerous times while out camping in the sierra California and Nevada areas. They are not wolves.

My family and I heard one in central NY in the mid 90s. I’m a lifetime fisherman and Hunter and I can tell you that the sound illicits extreme fear. There is nothing I fear except for the unknown and whatever made this sound was much much larger than any animal I’ve ever encountered or even heard of.

Ohio and Mississippi sounds are exactly the same as I’d grown up hearing in the Cascade Mountains, 20 miles west of Mt Hood.

From what I’ve heard from the sounds being analyzed was that the creature can talk while inhaling and exhaling.

Back in 2014 I heard a whoop when I was picking up a friend to give him a ride to work at 5:30 in the morning he heard it too he asked if I could move my truck closer to his house because he was scared to walk across the yard.

The Sierra sounds Ron Moorehead recorded is by far the best audio ever captured!

While camping near the far northeast end of Pitt Lake in B.C. Canada, my sister, her boyfriend and I heard something very similar to the Puyallup scream. It lasted about 1 minute, then stopped and was not repeated. Growing up in BC and working as a lineman for both national railways, I have spent a lot of time in remote areas all over B.C. but had never heard anything like that.

Great video!!

When my dogs heard the sounds from some of the better recordings, they all tucked their tails, and bent way down with their ears flattened, and all five of them (plus another one I was watching) were all trying to get under my desk near me. Oh yeah. One is a large black German Shepherd, one is a Mexican Street Dog (like a German Shepherd), one is a Chocolate lab-coone hound mix, one is a 6-month-old German Shepherd, one is a Corgie (that rarely shows fear), and the last one is our big barker - and he's a "Toto" type of dog. (The little ones always bark the most.)

But hearing these sounds - I now know that I cannot count on any of them - well maybe the Corgie - to come and try and save me from something that sounds like that! Just an observation for me.

4 years ago in 2020, Lake Tahoe, I heard the same shrieks as the Snohomish ones & Klamath howls

Shouldn't say "entirely unknown to science" Entirely denied, entirely ignored yes. But not unknown.

No mention of the Michigan Valley Voices? Close-quarter audio captures reveal vocalizations unlike anything else! Speech, chanting, singing…

That was a great compilation of what I believe to be the most credible audio of Sasquatch. The howls are almost exactly what I heard while one chased me and four friends out of the woods in a topless Jeep on logging roads with very deep ruts. (So even in a Jeep we couldn't go very fast) He was about 10-12 feet behind us for 10-15 minutes but totally could have plucked me out at any given time. He was doing the bluff charge, trying to scare us off, escorting us out of the woods, but I never realized that then. I was in the floor board of the middle of the backseat in a fetal position screaming and crying, as were the other two girls. It was in 1981 in middle TN about 30 minutes west of Nashville in an area known as Sampson's Woods in White Bluff, TN. We weren't drunk or under the influence of anything at all. This tiny town is also famous for two other paranormal creatures called The White Screamer and Werewolf Springs. Lots of books and videos on YouTube about them. It was a sundown town and a prisoner of war camp during the Civil War, so lots of bad juju/energy. All I know is I didn't go back in the woods for 38 years after my encounter (now I camp in the Pacific Northwest solo and look for Sasquatch by driving on logging roads but it took me a long time to get past it and who knows if I see another one how I'll act. As long as he's not chasing me, I will love it!) but I grew up a country girl who's a nature freak. I also have permanent hearing damage from the Sasquatch howls. 2 of the 3 howls were pretty close and very long, one within 10 feet. Scariest moments of my life and I am 59, and have had some VERY scary moments. I got taken off by ocean currents and a bad storm away from my boat while on a shark scuba dive with no cages or chainmail protection (young & dumb) for two hours but the Sasquatch encounter was 100 times worse because he looked pissed and he looked directly at me and the width of his chest was not comprehensible.

I have heard the Samurai chatter in VA near the NC state line. Very similar to what Ron Morehead recorded and less than 50' away from my tent.

Thinker Thunker has done some really good analyses of BF sounds.

I couldn’t hear the Puyallup screams. Anybody else have an issue? 😢
