How To Enable Direct Messages On TikTok

TikTok lets you change the way messaging works on the app, which is a nice way to control how open you want your DMs to be on the app. You can enable direct messages on TikTok for everyone, just friends, or no one. This allows you to be able to stop messages from random people or fully disable texting on TikTok. If you turn on messages you will be able to get messages from anyone no matter if you follow them or not. Keep in mind, you can always block individual people from messaging you if you don't want to chat with them.

If it didn’t work and If you have 3 lines click on those 3 lines click settings and privacy click the second option privacy scroll down to safety and click direct messages than it says who can you send direct messages it’s going to have two options friends or no one click friends it works cuz I put mines on no one

Guys if there isnt options it's usually because ur too young and u have to be older I think

If you don’t have the option go to your profile settings and switch over to business mode account and go back to your settings and then the option will be there. If you don’t wanna stay on a business account it’s okay you can switch it back and the settings will be the same accept if you go to look for the option it will no longer be there but you dms will be set to everyone. YOUR WELCOME
