I practically worshipped Trower as a child and used to dream of opening for him one day. I was fortunate enough to have realized that dream many years later on multiple occasions. You are still a living legend Robin, sending my very best!

I've been to 26 live performances, almost 27. Had tickets for his US tour that was canceled. Let's all send positive vibes for a full recovery so he can do what he loves

I was there. Travelled from South Wales on my own to finally get to see him and it was amazing! Still got it.

One of my best friends introduced me to Robin Trower when we were kids. I never have forgotten those times and when I listen to Robin Trower I think of my best friend although sadly he is not with us any longer. God bless and Godspeed Ritchie Benjamin.

I’ll always like Robin..
He’s a real gentleman. No Rockstar ego, a regular guy.
I’ve been a touring musician (guitar) for a long time and I can
honestly tell you, that most guitar players come close to having LSD
“ ( lead singers disease ).”

When Robin released his first album,
I was missing Hendrix’s . I studied Jimi’s technique
and learned to play all of his songs.
I wanted more of Jimi’s music, but that was over.
Not that Robin replaced him, but he had studied Jimi as well and filled that void.
Robin’s style gave me more to learn. His music built on Jimi’s.

I was in the Army in the mid 70's...one evening a friend brought over Bridge Of Sighs to us in the barracks and we literally played that album all night long, turning it over and over. It was a life changer for me. I consider that night to be one of the most important occasions of my life. He is the reason I first picked up a guitar.

Glad he's still playing great fifty years after I first heard and purchased the Bridge of Sighs album. Get well and keep rocking.

I have only seen him once but what an absolutely wonderful writer and guitarist. Never forgot hearing Bridge of Sighs when it first came out, I was totally blown away. Still listen to him at least a couple times a week especially great when driving. Surprised he doesn’t sing more often as he has a good voice. Such a shame James Dewar died so young as they were a match made in heaven. Thank you Robin for hours of music pleasure over the last 50 years.

This planet has no sweeter sound than Trower's strat and a DejaVibe feeding back through Marshalls. It still gives me the same chills as I got putting the "Bridge of Sighs" and "Live" albums on the turntable when they came out in the 1970s.

I was there. Trower just one of the best. Vocalist was very good - stepping into the shoes of the great James Dewar and Jack Bruce. Shame you can't hear him too well in the big tracks.
