Tell me please your car had aux or ami port or you just take out CD player and placed an aux cable in the port behind so as to connect your mobile etc with the other side?

I've got an 2013 a4 avant b8 same as yours.
My aux port was perfectly working until i installed a parrot handsfree device. Now it shows "source active" but no sound is playing.
any ideas?
