Clip sounded to me like Billy Bragg & Wilco on the Mermaid Avenue Sessions - they added music to Woody Guthrie's unrecorded lyrics which he wrote when he lived on ... Mermaid Avenue.  Superb stuff - check it out.  Cheers to Andy Murray.
