Hey @razer, support Right to Repair and sell me replacement parts. #tech #technology #shorts #broken

Imagine a mechanic who owns a reputable repair shop having to ship their expensive car cross country just to have a common part replaced. That's what's happening here. And it's going to keep happening until we have some kind of Right to Repair laws that force companies to SELL THE CONSUMER REPLACEMENT PARTS. Based on other people's experience with this 4K OLED panel, I'm almost certain Razer will end up telling me they don't have replacement parts (even though they still sell this screen on newer models), so I'm curious what my repair options will be.
The bigger question though, should it be legal for a company to sell a product when they do not have enough replacement parts to fix the product if it breaks? And this is for every industry. Car manufacturers sell vehicles that they don't have replacement parts for. People end up waiting MONTHS for replacement parts at the same time they're paying for a vehicle they can't drive. If a company can't provide replacement parts for X amount of the cars they plan on selling, they shouldn't be able to sell them in the first place. What are your thoughts?
