I just love your achievement laugh, it's a sign of things working great. Now with all past projects in mind you just need to add magnets and coils to harvest some of the battery power that's being used by the motor, lol. Maybe even add some small windg generators as well.

you should try making an electric bike where you wind your own motor, and create your own battery. that would be super interesting!

Will the asymmetrical drive to the wheel on the steering mechanism not make it pull to the right? You will have to apply left steering pressure to the handles to go straight won’t you?

It would be great to make a speed controller in a very simple way, as you design it. Chinese import ones have gotten very complex to repair or rebuild. You can find mosfets everywhere now.

Nice idea to put the drive on one side of the steering, your going to be fighting against the torque of the motor all the time. Regenerative braking is going to have you going around in circles. ;-)

It will drive right, but left will not be so easy during acceleration. Still funnier like that. :D
