Directions:
Situated to within the prime cattle and game farming area of Namibia, near Summerdown. Otjomasso North’s turnoff is situated on the D2135 at: GPS S21*10’93” E18*16’32”, turn northwards driving on the two-track farm road for 2km to Farm Otjomasso, passing this farm to Otjomasso North after 8km.

This property is registered in the personal name of the seller and has an open waiver from the Ministry of Land Reform.
The farm has been used as a cattle farm with free roaming game like Kudu, Oryx, Eland, Steenbok, Duiker and Warthog. There are 26 camps in total and 9 boreholes equipped with 8 Windmills and one submersible pump. The boreholes is on average 40 meters deep and deliver between 3-5 cubic liters of water per hour. Next to the house is grasslands / croplands to the size of 235 hectares. The overall area is characterized by big trees and lots of grass with rainfall between 350 and 400mm annually.
