Technically, there's actually something you could do...
Give Dab's room a door, and when you click on the door you could select the option of enabling the door to only open for Dab.
That way nobody else can come up there without Dab physically inviting them in.
It's be a teen room with a lock on it (the ultimate fantasy tbh) 😂
