i dont think that steam look at any request under 12$ or 12€. i bought 2 games in a week and refunded them with no problems. both of the games are 10 something euros a piece. sure, they must have a protection against the abuse of the refund. but i dont know the limit and dont feel like to test these waters. XD

Hi this is a question for a video you made a while ago about connecting a ps3 controller to a laptop. Great video but i was wondering if the L2 And R2 buttons weren't supposed to work because they're not for me.
