I used to do this so much. One of my other favourite things was to treat bullet wounds without using the knife to extract the round. It takes longer to heal, but the bullet stays inside Snake.

Even better if you do this with the Fear's arrows, which stick out. I had a save where Snake was running around looking like a pin cushion.

0:25 Snake vomits twice.
It takes a lot of motion sickness to get Snake to vomit.
