I honestly thought this was a state of emergency for crime in this city. How in the world is taking care of people who don't contribute anything to the city a priority when I'm seeing 2 - 3 fatal violent crimes a day on the news, people are legit terrified to take public transportation and you have to look over your shoulder even in the middle of the day???
