Elite: Dangerous - Station approach and docking

Показать описание
Nothing eventful here, just showing jumping into the Madyanmana system followed by flying in-system in "Supercruise" and finally docking at Doi Terminal. Skip to 2:00 to get to straight to the docking, which goes smoothly for once.
The docking is tidy, but I mess up the approach by impatiently overshooting and have to loop around to make a second final approach.
Note: I'm not using a Docking Computer module, but I still had flight assist on (which is on by default, though you can disable it for an authentic deathy Elite experience; really only something you'd want to do in combat for maneuverability).
-- Commander Flash Moonboots
Technical details:
* Recorded 4K (Ultra High Definition) with a GTX 980 on 3.2 Ghz i7 with settings at Ultra quality.
* This video has been down sampled and auto stabilized by the lousy software at YouTube (even thought I explicitly opted out of that, it went and wrecked it anyway).
* There is some blink-and-you'll-miss-it clipping through the cockpit in the video when I turn and look behind me, this cosmetic bug happens when you set you FOV a bit above the default (which is an in-game configuration option, so that really shouldn't happen).
