Well to answer that I want to point to the very beginning of the comic where we picked up on two aliens who were in the middle of discussing a failed experiment on a Kree soldier they captured. In this discussion as we pointed out in our first video, they discussed how the Kree was the only failed experiment so far as they successfully managed to adapt the Xenomorphs to 3 other species so far in their quest to plant these things all throughout the universe, meaning before the first Xenomorph ever hatches and grows to adulthood, these things are being manipulated and bred specifically to be a threat to the kind of forces we could usually rely on to keep things safe, and when you remember that it depends on what kind of hosts these creatures take on, it’s easy to see how the WRONG people getting infected at the worst possible times, on planets holding 4 queens all at the same time, would lead to some REALLY advanced Xenomorphs, who according to this story are resistant to pretty much everything including magic. One last thing to consider though is how some of the heroes you might be thinking you’d be able to rely on here just aren’t alive, because this is an elseworld story where things are a little different, like how Bruce is old and one of the last heroes. I mean it is possible with how tricky Xenomorphs are. They are basically the perfect killing machines who can fight on par with Predators. So they can contend with advance technology, I can assume how they manage to take over earth despite the Superheroes and Villains is numbers. Like it’s good that you managed to kill a drone but what are you going to do about 50 more. Heroes like Thor, Sentry, and even Hulk might have an easy time but street tiers are going to have a major problem especially with how much numbers of Xenomorphs that can spawn. These things are also bullet proof and any Xenomorphs eggs can basically spawn an inhuman- hybrid, mutant-hybrid, or worse.

Okay, I think something crucial to point out is the fact that humans only can deal with Xenomorphs provided they have very powerful weapons. Or other kind of tools that can come to their aid. If you're talking a standard human being having a fist fight with a Xenomorph, that human being is going to be paced real quick. Having superheroes on the other hand, living beings that are far stronger than any average human shouldn't have any problem depending on who it is.
