After the season 2 patch, you can do DR stand heavy kick on counter hit (punish counter causes a launch) into stand heavy punch and the rest of the combo is the same. The damage should come out to 6437.

Unfortunately the hooligan scales the damage too much, a normal jump in does more damage. But since it starts with a punish counter, you can drive rush sthp on a whiffed dp and get the same damage. If I'm reading that right your damage came to 6205 where a punish counter jump in would deal 6317 damage with the same combo

Try this while opponent is dizzy. Unless they changed things up, I noticed Cammys combos are more damaging when the opponent is stunned
