As a lady the thing I like the most is when you're honest about your views and joke about serious shit tbh lol. You're super funny and clever so I guess take full advantage being about to make humor out of whatever. I like this video because it's funny but addresses a semi-serious topic that requires inside knowledge. Not sure why I like that so much except maybe that women enjoy intellectual topics because society has made serious issues the norm for us, but I could just be a millennial that likes dark humor 👍

To be fair, most problems can be pinned to balancing representation between all creators. Trying to equally hsow small and large channels, old and new videos, even Shorts creators and normal creators. Problem: NO! This is simply put not the solution, because the algorithm's too broad and too even between content, yet can't figure out why it's failing at Click-through. It's just not what people want and even if it can figure it out, it won't be able to maintain it's quality. Plus shorts take up too much space...

So many times you get stuck in a hole of the exact same videos constantly and without searching specifically for something else it will never let you out of the rabbit hole

As a lady, I appreciate that you're very much willing to talk and criticize about things like patriarchy and inequality on your channel. It definitely makes me feel more seen and understood. As a creator, especially one whose primary channel is Pokemon specific, you often stand out from other Poketubers because you're open to talking about it, which I find is often lacking in the community, especially since it is so male-dominated. That is what made me interested in your second channel in the first place. Unfortunately, I think male creators who are mostly involved with gaming are going to always struggle to have a large non-male audience because gaming spaces have rarely felt welcoming for people who aren't men, unless the space is curated by someone who isn't a man. I suppose all you can do is continue to try and make this a safe and welcoming space for us, which I, and I'm sure other women and non-binary people, greatly appreciate.

I have a theory about the recommending videos you already watched issue. There are people who use YouTube instead of Spotify or Apple Music in order to listen to music, so the programmers decided to include re-watching (or re-listening to in this case) music, but their programming was off somewhere and it applied to all videos. It's a weird case of a good thing twisted into an annoyance.

Easy fix to increase your female demo: MORE LEO! You can make a library of Leo "reactions" & add it to your thumbnails, put a cat tree or shelves behind you with his favorite kind of bed (catnip can help attract him to those areas). Maybe make Leo the mascot of the reaction channel. I'm telling you, pussy attracts pussy. 😼

One thing you can do is mark a video as “not interested” in the options menu on the side, it does fix the problem a bit
