It's probably a power-saving feature, not an issue, hence the always connected setting.

This happens at most once a day, every other day for me.

And new problem: the clicker part gets stuck now when pressed, and will stay de-pressed and I have to manually pull it up. Still trying to find a solution online, or get some WD40 maybe.

It's not an issue. It's supposed to do that. That is the sole purpose of the "always connected" feature.

I have the same issue but it simply told me to insert the s pen back in and take it out and it fixed it. Probably better then sacrificing more battery life

Im fine with that, but cannot use the pen on the right side of the when it shows the dot i cant write or to any interaction on the right side..
