I actually like number 1 over 2 and 3.

Practically, without considering the moral aspects of purchasing clones (as designers of premium sets get shit on by clone manufacturers), clones would be a better buy. If we're gonna talk future financial value, then fine they may be worth it. But if you're gonna slap them on a keyboard and you prefer sound over aesthetics (especially the intricacies of stuff like how well the print is), clones are probably better. If you have the money though then fine no one's gonna stop you buy all the GMKs you want.

I really like how the people who once bashing GMK keycaps turn 180 degrees after they try an authentic GMK set, pair with a good keyboard build.

Oddly you recommend the GMK but after hearing the differences, option 2 “GMk” was my least favorite of the 3. I really liked option 1.

After the sound test, my choices were 1, 3, and then 2. Who knew.

I prefer the no name fake sound but the gmk space bar is nicest imo

The sound test kinda surprised me. The gmfakes sounded deeper and a bit drier than the real gmk and the akkos. And then the akkos sounded a bit more creamy? Than the gmk. I kinda liked the gmfakes and the akkos more, and i dont really think you should get gmk keycaps just for sound.
