Etching and Printing an Intaglio Portrait

As much of my interest in the medium of intaglio lies in the craft of the old masters, my experimentation of late has led to shorter etch times and tighter linework using a variety of needles. This video showcases a print in progress and the third round of etching. Still a few more to go to establish a full sense of value but its getting there.
