This Icy Sidewalk Is Impossible to Walk Up

A sloping sidewalk in the Ukrainian capital of Kiev was covered in a sheer coat of glaze ice. And that made it challenging, to say the least, for pedestrians. The action was captured on the surveillance camera of a nearby business. One person hugged a wall to descend. Another confidently skated down. But one poor soul repeatedly tried and failed to ascend the icy expanse. Conditions in Ukraine and neighboring Russia have been especially icy recently. #InsideEdition
