Residents dispute illegal speakeasy in Southwest Philly after man shot in field

I WOULD HAVE BUSTED OUT LAUGHING if they were showing in their B-roll shots of the neighborhood that there was a lot of cars from the 1920's and 30's parked along the block and people walking around also dressed the period. Nope! No speakeasy here. LOL!
