Not the guy being like “I have a thing for nice eyes😏” and then be like “you’re not my type 😐” BOYYY💀

"Red, White and Royal Blue" in the back of the proposition scene makes it all better.

The hottest relationship in this film is between the gay guy and his understanding and compassionate best bud. We should all be so lucky.

It is just so nice to see a friendship between a LGBT+ folk and a straight male, specially when the world is so divided

Amari is to die for!! And he's such a great supportive friend. This was a really sweet movie. Just goes to show: "When one door closes a window opens." Just keep your heart open to the possibilities.

Amari is the best friend everyone needs. He is 100% supportive of trying to help Carlos be brave. It's not easy, especially when you're shy, have low self-esteem, or any doubts about who you are asking out. The fact that Amari helped Carlos to just get it out there was awesome. It's even amazing that he was supportive with the result.

This was a beautiful story. Seriously, this short story was well played and so relatable to many of us who have felt this way or been in this situation on all fronts.

"Shut up! This is my story, okay." I love it! Very well-written, a great script, and the cast are so natural, altogether a first rate production. Looking forward to seeing more. Gotta tell ya, at 79 it is truly heartening to see such great LGBTQ+ storytelling, so open and honest and real. Makes me want to see more. Definitely subscribing.

I loved the realism of a rejection but the happy ending melted my heart

One thing I don't get, as a straight girl, is why people say LGBTQ content is niche. As someone with low self-steem and social anxiety I find this film SO relatable, even though we are talking about a gay couple.

Ahhhh this was so good. I love how it didn’t have a perfect fairy tale ending but a more hopeful and open one. this was awesome

I remember the first time I worked up the courage to ask a gorgeous guy for his phone number at a book fair no less, and I succeded. I think I said like "yess" out loud when I got it. In the end it led to nothing but just the fact that I had approached him made me feel a winner. I can totally relate to this film.

The way it’s so relatable to not just walkup to any guy and ask them out cause it could end badly

I have social anxiety and this has happened to me tons.
I basically fight my shyness and force MYSELF to do things and always end up embarrassing myself

I'm sorry, "I have a thing for nice eyes" but simultaneously "you're not my type"?? I'm with Ari lemme go fight him right quick 😤😤😤
