I generally like the game play this year. The 2 triggering things. You highlighted 1. The tackle and ping back to the opposition happens constantly when you make a good tackle and the keepers saving and it just pings off straight back to the opposition for a tap in. They fix those mechanics and I can actually enjoy the game this yr

I’ve had a lot of success defensively staying with the CM/CDM and letting the defending AI do it’s thing, then select the defenders as and when the ball is close to them otherwise you drag so many players out chasing the ball

Im in d1 with a full barca team and a 41212 narrow. I dont like wing play so for me it works. What doesnt work is the delay. Passes that skip the player ur aiming at. Rebounds and l1 lobs are still insane. I was on a 10 win streak. Than lost to a guy with 2 shots and 2 l1 lob balls lol. I had an xg of 5.6

Defense is all over the place and out of line because you move like 2 defenders before you take the ball away and that’s why there’s so much space but let the bots defend

nep, this game is honestly terrible but i feel like i’ve gotten the better of my opponents by just bringing all of my attackers back on defense manually and barely touching my center backs. As for the delay in animations and whatever it has been so bad for me as well.
