The TU-160 is 2 full generations behind the B-21. This is like comparing an F-22 to a Vietnam era F-4.

The B21 will actually work correctly. It will be properly maintained. The parts won't get sold by corrupt officers. The TU160 on the other hand will have a garmin duct taped to the instrument panel and half the parts sold. If current sanctions stay in place, the Russians may not be able to get that garmin.

It’s amazing to see how engineering has developed over the years. About a century and a half ago some people still used swords and arrows. Now in the 21st century their are huge fast planes, tanks, guns and so on. It is just sad that this engineering is used for wars battles and killing and not in helping people and the environment.

The TU-160 is not a stealth bomber, but a heavy supersonic strategic bomber that can release its payload of standoff nuclear ordnance, over 1500 miles from the intended target, outside the range of enemy fighters.
