That aloo-anda combination is not the standard way. I believe that's more common in Lahore. In Bangladesh, mixed vegetable hash (usually includes potato) and omelette are usually separate. Chana (split chickpea) dal is also common for breakfast. For sweet breakfast, there is halwa (with either poori or paratha). Special occasions sweet breakfast itema can include zarda, firni and semai. Paya nihari is occassionally eaten for breakfast.

Try a traditional Eid breakfast from Bangladesh? Try making Luchi with Lachha shemai. Basically a puffy roti style bread, and vermicelli cooked in milk, sugar and spices. It's what i look forward to on festive days ❤

In Bangladesh, we eat different kinds of breakfast according to areas and districts! But potatoes are eaten widely, correct! But that's need more seasoning!😅 Not only potatoes, but also various types of vegetables are also used to make a complete breakfast. And also, we eat the eggs separately, not with the potato! 'Parathas' is not always eaten, actually rotis (flatbread) made of rice flour or ata flour is more common. But it's good that you tried a version of our breakfast.❤️ Appreciation!✨
