These announcers are horrible. One second they are saying it was clearly intentional, the next they are saying they don't agree with the ejection. If it was clearly intentional, he has to be ejected. End of story.

"Who in their right mind did not expect something to happen?" Uhhh so you admit it was intentional? Good. Then it's settled. Ejection

Prob not one big league batter upset that Ventura is dead. Cold but true.

all you people saying this is wrong, if this was your team, you would think this was okay

I don't agree with this ejection? Obviously was the Royals announcer. For once he didn't start the situation, but he still deserved the ejection. That's the part of retaliating. If you don't want to get ejected don't retaliate.

Alcides Escobar was taken out at 2nd by Lawrie intentionally that's why Ventura threw at him.

Ventura is like a baby, he always wants to get into a fight

ok lawrie deserved to get hit the first time in the game before this one but what ventura did to keep it going and on top of that walk toward lawrie asking for a fight, that was just taking it too far.

I love how the audience starts clapping after he gets ejected.

I can see Ventura becoming baseballs most hated player once A-Rod retires

Gotta love the homer announcers not pointing out Ventura walking towards Lawrie and mugging him as he takes his base. Same macho BS he did with Mike Trout. Easy to posture when there isn't a threat of someone pegging you

ventura is just like "i am de captain now"

I guess Perez gets paid to and babysit ventura.

Royals have become the most classless team since they blew the World Series! Probably because they know they'll never make it back to the Series again...

Lawrie walked to first without a word so why is Ventura the one getting mad? I feel bad for Perez for having to calm that punk so often.

does perez get paid money for babysitting ventura and catching? He did the same thing with trout

"We know the history...who in their right mind did not expect something to happen?" --Umm, so you agree he should have been thrown-out? Homers, man....
