iOS 10.2 Beta 3 - What's New?

I go over what's new in iOS 10.2 Beta 3 that is now available to developers and soon to public beta testers. There's also an update to messages with a new message effect called Love. I didn't catch it in time.

The video app is still on my phone. It was kicked out of my folder like it was when I downloaded Beta 2, but it is still on my phone.

I'm using Iphone 6s ios 10.1.1 .. I have a battery problem. When the battery on %20-30 it turns off. If i install this 10.2 beta 3, will it be solve? Please help me.

Hi quick question my safari app is not on my phone and when I click on it won't open but it says something under the icon. But the icon isn't there on home page just when typed in on search tried hard and soft reset do u think it could be virus or something? How do I fix it?

I've just updated my iPhone 7 to iOS 10.2 beta 3 for I still have the video app, it hasn't changed to tv for me :-/... same build number and everything

Man 128gb goes by fast lol!! Everyone I update more gets taken away. But why do we update seems most of the update only effect iPhone 7 plus users. I have the 7 and the last update didn't do much for the 7. Don't see the point you update now than by tomorrow there's another update.
