To be specific can I use a power bi report server with embedding under a premium subscription and on-premise servers [no cloud servers included ]?

Thank you for the awesome video… Could you help me with the one question? Assumption: I decide to buy Premium P1 SKU for all of my employees, and also, I need to buy three additional PRO licenses for developers (two of these will be in charge for the admin roles and one for the designer). What is my total model size capacity? 25GB + 1*3 GB = 28GB and the Designer will have 26GB on the Cloud? For the better performance can I combinate Power BI capacity P1 SKU and Premium Per User, what will be my total model capacity in that case 25GB + 3*10 = 75GB

Great video. thank you. My one thought on the Power BI A SKUs for Embedded. I know you can pause them to save money. However, unlike the Premium SKUS of P1 P2 P3 I didn't think you could share with users with Free Licenses? So P1, P2, P3, anyone can consume the information with Free Licenses. However the A SKU's have all the functionality of Premium, but you can't share to Free License users. You can only share with pro users (developers) So the A SKU is like a Dev environment. Is this correct?

In your opinion, what is the best solution for a 1 report user (i.e. 1 person will build and create reports) and share dashboard to 3 different persons, who as you said has no intention of installing Power BI and are not in my organisation (totally outsiders).
