How to Fix SketchUp Thumbnail Not Showing Up in 2022

If your sketchup thumbnails are not shwing properly
This video is very helpfull for you
Make sure always use one and latest version of sketchup

Delete old version or duplicate or multiple sketchup .
Go to the sketchup setup
and watch the moves

or if you do not install there is an option of repair sketchup while installing

You may not be able to see SketchUp file thumbnails on Windows if SketchUp was previously uninstalled.

If SketchUp is currently uninstalled on your computer:

Install SketchUp by double-clicking on the installer and following the steps to install.
If thumbnails are still not visible after installation of SketchUp , click on the Windows Start button and go to Default Programs.
Select Set your default programs.
Click on SketchUp in the Programs list.
Select Set this program as default.
If SketchUp is currently installed on your computer:

Reinstall SketchUp by double-clicking on the installer.
Click Repair during the install when the Change, repair, or remove installation dialog appears.
Finish the install.
Click on the Windows Start button and go to Default Programs.
Select Set your default programs.
Click on SketchUp in the Programs list.
Select Set this program as default.

Choosing repair option worked for me. Thanks.

I went to control panel, selected SketchUp and right clicked on it. Selected change option.

I picked repair from the options that showed. My icons started showing immediately it was done with the repair

bang kalau ini kasus nya file .skb nya ikutan ke showing gimana cara balikin nya biar jadi tetap putih aja kaya file .skb pada umum nya

I repaired mine and it didnt work should i delete my older version and would it affect my files if i deleted it???

If it doesnt work either, just move them to another location. mine works

Easiest way: Folder Option - View - Unstick " Always show icons, never thumnails"
