Question from a fellow chronic illness gal, what are you using to test? I am finding that recently more gluten has snuck into my diet and the pains are not worth it. So instead of boycotting many places I would love to test the food and continue going. Would be SO grateful for this info. Thank you!

They actually use a different oil for the fries than for the chicken so that’s why you can be confident it’s a different fryer :)

Yep. That is why it's easier to eat at home. It's a bummer but the reality. From another celiac.

My coworkers celiac and used to manage a chick fa la, says 9/10 he’s good to eat there but once in a blue moon he’ll go to a new location and someone will forget to change their gloves during a gluten free prep and he’ll have a bad few days…😅🥲🐬
