In this video I have quickly gone through how to attach the the balde to the hilt using the small screws provided along with the allen that comes with the screws

I have some problems with the blade. I tightened both screws, at first everything was fine, but there was some play. I removed the blade and when I tightened it back, maybe I made new holes in the blade, is that bad? And the play hasn't gone away. I would be VERY grateful if you could help.
