Just a suggestion cut your fishes gills after braining them and you’ll have beautiful white bloodless fillets every time mate! And in answer to you question about order in the pot for a curry the Thais always start with oil then the curry to roast it then you follow with coconut milk and your ingredients and it will be extra delish, you can also still use trout just add it later and cook less and it will stay intact but milder fish flavor ! 🙏🏻 love the videos keep ‘em coming ❤🔥🔥🔥

Wow…. Back to basics, catch and cook on an open fire 🔥 living your life as we all should. Love to watch you guys in the stunning surroundings you have never take it for granted. Bro! Ive been on an island fishing and camping many times. I have always heard people say they would never eat Crevalle (Jack) I was hungry after all day in the salt and sand fishing and decided to try it. I actually cooked it whole over a fire on a stick and it was actually really good. I didn't even season it, but with the smoke from the fire it was pretty good and is a decent fish to eat imho. I will have to try your recipe sometime. I love curry, my wife is from Trinidad and makes some excellent curry dishes.
