This ending stars a blue rose. I wonder what the meaning is.

From the wikipedia: "A blue rose is a flower of the genus Rosa (family Rosaceae) that presents blue-to-violet pigmentation instead of the more common red, white, or yellow. Blue roses are often used to symbolise secret or unattainable love.[1] However, because of genetic limitations, they do not exist in nature. Such a BEAUTIFUL, GORGEOUS ending!!!! I loved it Soo much at the end of every episode, especially the cliffhanger! The singing at the start reminded me of Goblin Slayer opening!! And the glass reminded me of Land of the Lustrous!! Motoko looked very pretty and hot!

Ah, now I get it! Remember the first SAC had an amazing animation with ps2 style 3D animation for the intro, so someone thought it would be a good idea to do the opposite! Pure genius! It is so good that I am going to watch the end credit one more time and then cry in a corner and imagine how wonderful it would have been if they made the whole thing like the end credits... sniff sniff

The show was actually pretty dope and I can't wait for the second season.
For those who hate on the animation and compare it to ps2 graphics...
...WHAT kind of ps2 did YOU have back then...I don't quite see it...
I DO hope that they make a continuation of the GITS series using the animation style in this ending though.

I find this season really up to par with the original series. I don't know why all those critics. Focusing only on the animation.
And at that, the animation was good, not the best, but that is because I'm not that acustomed to wacth 3D rendered series.
