She is absolutely correct… everyone is different and works differently with certain style of coaching . A malicious and abusive coach is not excepted at any capacity. But a tough coach, and a coach that motivates and pushes you, a coach that knows how you tic and make you a better you.

I was a competitive figure skater, and my coach of 11 years was both extremely comforting and also terrifying when needed too like Gabby says would get lazy - my coach could snap me out of it with a look!!! Still great friends to this day!
