TUI Sensimar Oceanis Beach & Spa Review in Psalidi, KOS, GREECE

Today Saville Travel takes you to Psalidi in Kos, Greece. This TUI Sensimar luxury hotel and resort is not what i expected! I stayed at the Sensimar in Tunisia which was lovely so expected similar, this was terrible! I don't normally do negative reviews as i feel it is relative to what what have paid to what you should expect. However, i don't think this is a 4*+ Sensimar resort and i would tell you to avoid! I like my toilet door to shut, my food to be hot and my room door to lock...don't expect these things here!

These comments are all out of date now as is Savilles Travels review. We went last year (2023) and the food was fantastic so they have upped their game. The staff were all amazing from the hotel manager down to the cleaning staff and couldn't do enough for you. The TUI reps were also great and nothing was an issue for them and anything you did have was sorted very quickly. On our first day the TV broke down and within an hour we had a new larger TV in it's place. This hotel is so good we are going back again this year. One of the best holiday venues we have been to.

I am quite shocked to read this review from saville travel. I first thought it was a joke. This resort is absolutely beautiful and the staff are the nicest people we ever met on vacation . Just because of them i wanted to write this reaction. we are going again in 2 weeks time for the fourth time!!! can't wait.

just read your reveiw of oceanis beach resort kos.i am exteremly surprised at your reveiew myself and partner stayed their when it was not a sensimar hotel and it was the best holiday we ever had .food was excellent pool nice and warm .staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. maybe you stop in the wrong month as in october it is the end of the season.we stopped in may .weather excellent.admittedly the beach is not the best beach i have ever come across but it dos say in holiday companies brochure that it is asingell beach. sorry you did not enjoy your holiday but please try again now it has been upgraded

Absolutely disagree with the comments on video. I have been twice going again in may 2020. Saville travel get a grip.

I personally thought this was a very good hotel and only had one complaint that being men had to wear trousers to the restaurant that’s it, thought the food was superb with plenty of choice never had a cold meal unless I wanted a cold meal, don’t know how you found so many faults
