I went 3time and was able to part of rath Yatra too but I was so young at that time I even didn't know that I was so blessed to be part of that Yatra, I touched the murti of Jaganatha too, ate the Prasad too. Now after years I feel so blessed that I went there and had went to one Dham 3times

This temple invaded 14 to 16 time's but still survived.
They have webpage of history how it's invaded and priest of this temple every time kept idols safe from this invaders(Britishers, muslim kings ) invaded.only savages religion break temples of other religions
So forefathers at that time made statement of expect Hindu's no one is allowed to enter this temple.

Jai jagannath! I visited the temple with my family just s month ago. And gotta say that the prasad n flag thing is true. Also the prasad is delicious😋 also Yes it's true that you cannot hear the waves once inside. Only the rush of devotees lol

Am from odisha and have visited jagannath temple like 10-20 times, I wanted to point out that birds do fly over the jaganath temple, jaganath temple has it's own shadow too.. I know this because I have been there many times and have observed these things... There might be few more wrong facts but I won't comment on that since am not sure about them..
