I shared this with my parents who are fishing in Cabo and this is the reply my mother sent:
Amy when we went to get Dave's certificate for his Marlin catch & release  we found out that the clip you sent was from Cabo from the resident seal, "Pancho" that we met the 1st time we returned to the docks. He just about jumped on the back of the boat while Bob was getting the bait out to feed him. The girl issuing the cert said that "Pancho "has very pricey appetite as he stole a fish right before it was to be weighed in tournament & it cost the guy about $8, 000+ as that fish would have won. This sea lion has quite a reputation around the Marina! Lol. We didn't see him on our 2nd trip. His belly must have been full or he was begging off another boat. 

So I guess we can say Pancho strikes again!
