2^(x-1) = 2x
=> 2^x / 2 = 2x
=> 2^x = 4x
=> x × log base 2(2) =
log base 2 (4x)
=> x = 2 + log base 2(x)
=> x = 4, since log base 2(4) is 2 and 2 + 2 is 4.

2^(x-1)×1/2=(2x)×1/2
2^(x-2)=x, [2^(x-2)]^1/(x-2)=x^1/(x-2)
2=x^1/(x-2), 4^1/2=x^1/(x-2)
4^1/(4-2)=x^1/(x-2) , x=4
