Hi folks, thought I'd make a fun shorter little animation again this time. I'll also be releasing a detailed video on how I made this specific animation in at most a few days, maybe earlier, mainly to answer the questions I often get about my creative process. Thanks as usual to everyone for checking out my work, hope you all have a great day!

"Yeah you BETTER RUN!"

something about the way the little bird’s beak is animated - it opens slowly and then snaps shut - feels so realistic

Beautiful work, this feels so real. Multiple times I have seen smaller birds try to scare off bigger birds to no avail, they literally couldn't care less about it.

this makes me wanna see a disney movie in this style in underrated prehistoric ecosystems like here in the Jiufotang formation

I'vev said this before, and i'll say it again, the way you capture animal movements is perfect. Good work!

It would be quite haunting to see microraptor in flight. So different and yet familiar to what we see in nature today.

Ohhh I absolutely adore your animations. And the indifferent Microraptor is hilarious

The bird feels very well captured yes, but can we talk about how fantastic the microraptor is? We don’t even have 4 winged flyers for reference anymore and it is recreated flawlessly

I saw this behavior from modern birds. I appreciate your depiction of prehistoric animals, acting totally normal. Most depict them (especially carnivores) like monsters. Your videos are a pleasant change.

I love your animations so much. They feel so alive. This scene feels so real, I see it when I go outside and see mockingbirds scare off crows. Thank you so much for sharing your art. I get so excited every time I see you post.

Butter wishes it could be as buttery smooth as your animation. Wow.

It’s always absolutely crazy how the movements of the animals feel real, natural.

The fluid motions of the animals are so cool

The bird that you used for the sound of the brown bird lives near me!

These are actually the best paleo-animations i've ever seen, excluding 3D animation as seen in things like Prehistoric Planet, but for me to hold both in equal esteem means something.

Reminds me of the mockingbird vs crow dogfights I would see in my old neighborhood.

It’s always nice to see modern animal behavior in paleo-media especially if it’s believable this video being the perfect example
