The City of Memphis is a joke. The streets are horrible! I just don’t understand why they won’t fix things and make Memphis better again.

Easier and cheaper to allow some free passes into their landfills every year ! Each resident should get 2 passes per year.

the property owner will have a summons to appear in court? how bout the City get summoned for court because thats who owns the land anyway!!

If you don’t like the dumping, MOVE. Things ain’t gonna change and if they do it won’t be anytime soon. If you choose to live out there, then it’s on you to clean the neighborhood.
