New Filmhouse

Plans for a new fifty million pound cinema complex that would become the home of the Edinburgh International Film Festival have been unveiled.
The new Edinburgh Filmhouse is planned for the middle of Festival Square on Lothian Road, opposite the Usher Hall.
It is subject to planning permission and a public consultation.

1:52 Aw okay, that's good to know. It is a bit ungainly atm with how it doesn't blend into its surroundings in texture and shape. The more I think about it though, the more hilarious it would be if it actually got built that way. I'm kind of warming to it as a meme building.
