Drink Recipes: Lemon Ginger Pineapple Juice | Afropotluck

The alliance of Ginger, lemon/Lime and pineapple is not only cordial but also appetizing. You can make this juice as a warming winter Juice or as a thirst quenching summer drink.

Ingredients:

Ginger - 0.5lb

Pineapple - 1.5 lb

1 Lemon

1 Lime

3 Cups Room Temp. Water

5 Cups Hot Water

Sweetner To Taste

Nice video. You can use the strained core to grow your water kefir or even add to your breakfast cereal as fibre. I will do your gut bacteria a lot of good as prebiotic. And it is also good for digestion.

Boil pineapple skins and use the water for blending the pineapple fruit, ginger mixture
