Tigres needs her own movie ...because that baby traded in secrets after she was removed as stylist. Her and finnick seemed to be capitol hookers to the elite. And she probably changed her appearance so that she could quit having anything to do with the hunger games. After watching songbird n Snake, you realize she never wanted anyone to be a part of the hunger games.

The timeline with this is messed up. If you read the books then you know in this recent prequel we are a year 10 of the hunger games. Cornelius is 18 now fast forward 74 years or 64 that makes him over 80 and that would make her even older, but in the books and movies she’s only like in her 20s or 30s so this is impossible.

I don't think that is the same person ... Like in the third book they said that she was a stylist at the first hunger games but in the fourth book (10th hunger games) they didn't mentioned it at all. Sure both work in the fashion business but the Tigers who helps the rebels isn't snow's cousin
